This Privacy Policy explains how FundMatched ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website or submit information through our quote funnel. FundMatched is a marketing and lead-matching company and is not a lender, broker, or mortgage originator; we connect real estate investors seeking business or investment-purpose financing with private lending partners in our network.

FundMatched is a lead-matching service, and matching you with a lending partner is the point of our service. When your request qualifies, we share the information you submit — including your name, contact details, and deal information — with the licensed lending partner(s) in our network that we match to your deal, so those lending partner(s) can evaluate your financing request and contact you about it directly, by telephone (including automated or prerecorded calls) and email, as described in the consent you give on the form. The consultation you book through our funnel is with a FundMatched advisor; your matched lending partner works with you directly on the financing itself. Depending on your state, this sharing may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable privacy law; see Section 8 (Your Rights) for how to opt out.

Your text-messaging opt-in is handled separately from the sharing described above. As explained in Section 6, the mobile number and SMS consent you give for FundMatched's text-messaging program are used by FundMatched and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own text-message marketing.
We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm Certify SDK to independently document your consent to be contacted. The TrustedForm SDK is embedded on our quote form and, when you interact with the form, it collects information including the page URL, your mouse movements and clicks, the characters you type into the form fields, your IP address, and a timestamp, in order to create a certificate that records the consent language shown to you and the fact that you provided consent. This certificate is used to document and defend your consent if it is ever questioned; it is a compliance record, not a marketing list. We retain the certificate with our own records and with our compliance vendors, and we may provide it to a matched lending partner to evidence your consent. Issuance of the certificate is free to you and happens automatically on submission.
By checking the consent box on our quote form, you provide prior express written consent to be contacted about your financing request and requested consultation by FundMatched — by telephone, SMS text message (including automated and prerecorded messages and automated dialing systems), email, and other electronic means — and by the lending partner(s) FundMatched matches you with, by telephone (including automated and prerecorded calls) and email, at the phone number and email address you provided, even if that number is on a state or national Do Not Call list, and during hours that would otherwise be restricted under federal or state telemarketing laws. Text messages come from FundMatched only (see Section 6). Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of FundMatched's texts at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), or unsubscribe from emails using the instructions in any email; a matched lending partner's calls and emails are managed with that lending partner directly. The full consent language you agree to is shown on the quote form itself before submission.
FundMatched operates its own text-messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups about your request, and related customer-care and support messages to people who request a quote or consultation through our form. These texts are sent by FundMatched.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@fundmatched.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Because we share your information with matched lending partner(s) (Section 3), you may opt out of that sharing at any time by emailing hello@fundmatched.com; note that opting out of the sharing means we cannot match you with a lending partner. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that any transmission of information is at your own risk.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. The quote form requires you to confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
